Shipping Policy

NuSea delivers orders within Australia only.

Processing times

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Victorian public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Dispatch locations

Orders are fulfilled from Australian warehouse locations and shipped using Australia Post or trusted courier partners. The dispatch location may vary by product and delivery destination.

Delivery timeframe

Standard delivery is estimated at 5–12 business days from order placement, including processing and transit. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by product, destination, carrier conditions or peak periods. Available delivery information is shown at checkout.

Shipping fees

Standard delivery is free Australia-wide with no minimum spend.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive shipment confirmation by email after dispatch. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delivery issues

If an order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact NuSea at sales@nusea.com.au with your order number and relevant details. We will assist with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
