We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images and specifications. Minor variations in colour or packaging may occur.

If an error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the order. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, limit quantities or verify customer information where reasonably necessary. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded.

6. Shipping

Standard delivery is estimated at 5-12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

If an order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact NuSea at sales@nusea.com.au. We will assist with the carrier and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
