No or easy assembly required. Assembly is limited to insert bunion plugs. Comes with 4 bunion plug to target some certain areas, and a plastic sleeve for instep area. Unisex for both women or men shoes. One size for both left or right foot. For best result, please use this stretcher for at least 24 hours. Please refer one of the pictures for the size details.
