We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30‑Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items

  • Personal-use items (e.g., cosmetics, opened accessories)

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind Returns

Change‑of‑mind returns are accepted if:

  • Item is unused

  • Packaging is unopened

  • You cover return postage

Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)
